SHIPPING & ORDERS

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please see below for shipping details.

Shipping: We try our best to print, pack and get your order to you within 2-4 weeks. We ship from Australia with Auspost and shipping times do vary. If you have not received your order within 5 weeks after your order fulfilment email please get in contact.

Shipping options and estimated timing:

Auspost Economy - 12-21 business days untracked
Auspost Standard - 6-10 business days tracked
Auspost Express - 2- 4 business days tracked

Customs: All local shipping taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I change my order?
If you would like to change your order and it has not yet been shipped, please email info@edoball.com. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, it cannot be changed. 

An item is sold out, will it become available again?
Try your luck, we sometimes have artist proofs or spare stock around - info@edoball.com

CLOTHING

Clothing Sizing: For clothing sizes please see the size chart.

Returns - Clothing:  We happily accept items in the new condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 15 days from the date you received your shipment. If your item is damaged, please provide photos and a description of the damages to info@edoball.com. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

PRINTS

We have an extensive framing guide and print sizing guide which can help you decide how you would like to frame or display your Edo Ball artwork.

Sizing: Edo Ball prints are in the Japanese Oban format at the following measurements unless otherwise stated:

A3 297 x 420 mm - 11.7 x 16.5 inches - Printed Area: 10″ x 15″ - Top, Left & Right Borders: .6" Bottom Border: 1"
A2 420 x 594 mm - 16.5 x 23.4 inches - Printed Area: 15.2″ x 21.4″ - Top, Left & Right Borders: .8" Bottom Border: 1.3"
A1 594 x 841 mm - 23.4 x 33.1 inches - Printed Area: 21.1″ x 30″ - Top, Left & Right Borders: 1.2" Bottom Border: 1.9"

Returns - Prints:  We do not accept returns or exchanges for all prints. If your order was damaged in transit or includes the wrong print or product (we are only human) please contact us and we will help in replacing your print.

Cancelling orders: All of our print sales are final and cannot be refunded.
